After spending 20 hours of the day not noticing anything to shoot, I decided to go back to some more light painting. This time, a simple wine glass, a long exposure and the the trusty laser pointer.

A beveled glass works great for this as the light creates a 'spirograph' type effect, that throws out some interesting designs. Reminds me of some type of dungeons and dragons book cover.
